Brief Bio:
Joe Hoeffel is a former three-term US Congressman representing Pennsylvania’s 13th District, is proud of his thirty-eight-year record of progressive politics, effective and pragmatic leadership, and fiscal responsibility on behalf of his constituents. Joe also served as a PA State Representative and Montgomery County Commissioner and ran for PA Senate in 2004.
