Redistricting Reform – An Update

The PA Supreme Court has given us a temporary reprieve on the gerrymandering of our
US Congressional districts. But the PA Senate and House districts are still
badly gerrymandered. And in 2021 the PA legislature will get another opportunity
to gerrymander all these districts.
Lawrence Husick first discussed the problems of gerrymandering and the status of
reform efforts back in January 2017. While there has been progress since that time,
we still have a long way to go.
Carol Kuniholm, chair and co-founder of Fair Districts PA will join us Monday June 10
to give us an update on what has been achieved, the new challenges we face, and how we
can all contribute to moving this vitally important issue forward.

Please join us as we discuss the challenges we face in Redistricting Reform here in Pennsylvania and the practical solutions being proposed.
