Need a ride to the polls November 6?

Not sure how you’ll be getting to the polls November 6? The good news is, there are several ways to get a ride.

  1. Call the TTDems ride-to-the-polls hotline number: (484) 474-0570. We have a number of people who can drive you to the polling place and back.
  2. Uber will be offering free rides to the polls. If you’re an Uber rider, on Tuesday, November 6, you’ll be able to quickly find your polling place and book a ride to go vote—with just a few taps in the Uber app. (Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app.) More details here.
  3. Lyft will be offering 50% discounts on rides to the polls, through discount coupons distributed by partners Vote.org, Nonprofit Vote, and TurboVote. (Right now, there’s no prominent news about these coupons on any of the Lyft partner websites yet.) More details here.

If you’re certain you will NOT be able to make it to the poll November 6, with or without a ride, then please be sure to register for an absentee ballot right away. More information about absentee voting is here.
