If fracking is not doing enough to destroy water quality in Pennsylvania; our representative,Warren Kampf, just voted to pass HB1565 which eliminates buffer zones around streams for new development. Previously the clean water act required a buffer zone between the waterway and new development. Our drinking water and the water quality of our streams could be adversely effected by this new law. Read the following explanation of the possible consequences of his new regulation. Warren Kampf did not put PA citizens first when he voted for this bill.
